Hi, I'm Julie. Richmond-raised, and your Realtor.

My story, in my own words

25 years of helping people find home.

Hi! My name is Julie Lawson, and I have had the pleasure of serving clients in real estate for the past 25 years. My love for people is what makes this profession so rewarding, and I consider it a privilege to help individuals and families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

For me, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling property. It is about people, relationships, new beginnings, and finding a place to call home. I want my clients to walk into a house and feel that special connection: to envision the memories they can create, the love they can share and the life they can build within those walls.

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer searching for your dream home, selling a property filled with years of memories, investing in real estate, relocating to a new area, or exploring land and rural properties, I am here to help guide you through the process. I understand that every client has their own goals and dreams, and I believe in providing personal attention, honest communication and dedicated service every step of the way.

I have always believed there is more to real estate than chasing a commission check. The true reward is the excitement of watching someone find the right home or successfully sell a property, knowing I played a part in making that happen. Seeing the smiles, sharing in the joy, and knowing I have made a difference in someone's life are what continue to inspire me after 25 years in this business.

As a Realtor with Dalton Realty, I am proud to serve Richmond and the surrounding counties with a warm, friendly, and professional approach. I grew up in Richmond and live in Louisa County now, so I know the city and that end of the drive equally well. My goal is to make your real estate journey as comfortable and rewarding as possible while helping you move confidently toward your next chapter.

To me a house is more than a property. It is where life happens, memories are made, and hearts find a home. I look forward to helping you find your place in it.

How I work

• I tell you the unglamorous stuff before you make an offer.
• I'm honest about what I don't know and I find out.
