What's my home worth?
The answer depends on your home, your land, and recent sales nearby. Fill out the home-value request and I'll get back to you with a real number and my reasoning. It's a professional opinion based on comparable sales, not a formal appraisal.
Do I have to fix things before I sell?
Not always. It depends on what's wrong, what buyers in your price range expect, and what it costs. I'll look at the home with you and tell you what's worth doing and what isn't.
How long will it take to sell?
It varies. Price, condition, and location all matter. I'll show you how similar homes have been doing recently. I won't promise a timeline I can't back up.
Can I sell if I have a well and septic?
Yes. Plenty of homes in the outer counties do. Buyers will usually want those inspected. I'll tell you what to expect and help you get ahead of it.
Does Julie sell homes in my county?
